Are you serious? Do you really need a tutorial for that??? Open up the properties menu for your rom, copy the path, create a .bat file, right click, press "edit," type "decaf play " and then paste the path and run your file.

You can't update it, it's a hardware restraint, the best you can do is update your gpu driver
in the hope that it supports it.
Intel provide gpu drivers just like AMD and Nvidia.
