The dispute you open with paypal was the WORST thing you could do.
This has happened to me at least 2 times. I just sent them the photos of the envelope, the same day I got their answer and in less than 1 week the missing item was to my home.
Also, cancelling an order from DX is pretty fast, too (I have been refunded in less than 6 hours!!!).
So next time email them and stop complaining about something that could happen to everyone!
Be more friendly and would feel better (this is for the sharp tone of your topic).
 
DX might be slow, but you get what you ordered for a VERY low price. You will never get scammed too. I once ordered an M3 Real but after two months it was still packaging. I asked for a refund and got it the same day. So what are you DX-haters on about? I say it's the best.

Much better than other companies who wait until they have all the items before shipping it in order to save on postal costs. Hey genius did you even read what i wrote, I ordered the freaking items at the same time since may 6 their status said they were shipped I received the other item but did not received my freaking usb duo card reader, email them about it, they never freaking responded, what was suppose to do, why don't you read before you post any replies, freaking idiot, how am I impatient when have been waiting this freaking long, it's about to a freaking month.
 
First of all, flaming will get you nowhere, ryukyus. So save your harsh words and calm down. Now? Good. If you ordered many things at once, DX may have delivered only what they got. When they get the rest of the order, they will ship it to you. If you are not satisfied with their behavior, and already emailed them, then email them again. Maybe your mail was misplaced or something. You should try again. A "freaking month" is nothing to worry about, when the average time for delivery is around 3 weeks.

Again, calm down, stop acting like a kid and try to contact them again. It's not a boicott, everyone may have problems with DX, and everyone, in the end, has solved them.
 
My sense of intuition tells me that there's a run-on sentence somewhere on this page. I just don't know where it is.

You never said anything about emailing them, you never specified what the items were, you never specified their order status. Don't expect people to help you when you don't even provide enough information. Just because you ordered the items at the same time, does not mean that they would both be shipped at the same time. If the order status said processing after you submitted the paypal complaint, then a glitch must have occured in their system. The best course of action would have been an email than a patient wait, perhaps followed with multiple emails. A month? For a postal delivery from china? From a busy company that has frequent stock issues? Gee, who would have guessed? I'd be expecting to get my items next day.

And never make whiney threads on GBAtemp, because nobody really cares.

oh god god how is it whining when I was explaining what happened get off your high horse, are you dumb or blind, Item was in stock that's why I ordered, second, status shipped, never received it, emailed them for a week none responded, and still no respond, freaking moron close this danm post since you seem to be sucking dx's dick, or are you one of their affiliates. a simple question you starting insulting people douche. and if the item was a partial shippement, they should have email that it was it was only 2 items
 
I still don't know where this strong, overwhelming aura of a run-on sentence is coming from.
