Hacking Dealextreme DS lites?

Are the Refurbished DS lites on DealExtreme officially made by Nintendo? I wanna get a DS lite for AceKard2i updates, guitar hero, and migrating pokemons. I have a DSi already and I want a DS lite. On DealExtreme they look pretty low-priced...

They have a new 3rd party replacement casing, a new battery, a new stylus and a new charger. The motherboard and screens are original Nintendo.

But I checked yesterday, and they were all sold out.

I saw them too they're good to go!

I dunno about the battery though... anything memory card and batteries on DX is always a problem

But they are sold out :S
