Why did the price of 3ds shoot up ?

i have seen some 3ds are more then a switch now or 2 3ds for a switch 2.. why did the price for them shoot up like crazy

I have a really BIG question...
So I am gonna get this game soon and heard of chonicle mode, Ilooked it up on youtube and the language is in english...
Is the whole entire game in english, because I love the Japanese voices WAY better

You can change the voices between Japanese and English in the Options menu

The English voices are OK but they remind me of Yu-Gi-Oh too much. Are they voiced by 4Kids? Ryu Hayabusa sounds like Dan Green.

Michael D. McConnohie is english voice of Raidou
(hes the narrator for Bobobobo and does LOADSof anime dubs)
