Yesterday i was playing some shin megami tensei devil survivor overclocked and the screen suddenly went all black the 3ds was making some weird noise like a dial up modem lol
I turned off the 3ds removed the sd card but ut back in the 3ds could not boot. But the blue led would stay on. I knew that this happens when luma cfw files are corrupt or missing on the SD
I thought the adapter was broken and i bought a new one but alas nothing works.
Inserted it on my wii u and it says that the device inserted on the sd card cannot be used
My laptop won't even detect it at all
The SD is a sandisk ultra class 10 32GB card
I have so many games on it and i really wanna play devil survivor and strange journey redux on my 3ds

1. Try data recovery with Recuva. If that doesn't work, check this list for other free to use software: 18 Free Data Recovery Software Tools
If you can't copy any data off of it, you unfortunately got the extreme shit end of the stick where your card's NAND hard bricked by frying. This is akin to a light bulb burning out. There's nothing you can do if this happens, and you'll have to suck it up, cut your losses, move on, and start over again.

2. If you get lucky with data recovery, reformat the card using SD Memory Card Formatter. If you can't get it to reformat, your card has entered what is known as Read-Only Mode. This means your card has died with too many worn out NAND cells, and there is none left to write data to. This is a safety feature that expired flash memory will do as a last ditch effort to keep your data intact, and as a way to expire as gracefully as possible.

3. In case your card is larger than 32 GB, reformat the card again in FAT32 & 32 KB allocation size with guiformat. You may need to first format in ExFAT and NTFS under Windows File Explorer before guiformat can reformat in FAT32.

4. Before deciding to reuse that card, check the physically integrity of the card with H2testw. This will determine if the card in question has bad sectors that warrants retiring it from use. This program will also reveal if the card is a relabeled counterfeit or fake. Do a full Write + Verify test on an empty card. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP BECAUSE YOU THINK YOUR CARD IS FINE AND THAT IT SEEMS REAL. This is for the peace of mind and ensuring your new setup will be as trouble-free as possible. (Please, don't skip step 4. Seriously).

5. If everything checks out, add back whatever you recovered. Restart from there, and follow the best practice of backing up your game saves using Checkpoint.
