Never heard of DDS format. What game is this from? How did you edit this format? Where the images originally in TPL format, or why is it that you need to convert them to TPL?

you can get some tools from (iirc) nvidia to convert dds to common image types like png and jpeg. and from there you can use gxtexconv from devkitpro to make the tpl. i havent seen any tool that does direct dds tpl conversions.

you live under a rock?
not sure how you can NOT know DDS as its the most common texture image file type i know off... (and since there are often game editing topics here...)

I thought that 1.
There is a problem with it, because such a tool it is possible only to get from russian people.
Unfortunately, the language and it is not too easy.

The standard TPL-format does NOT contain any DDS-images.
If you want to put DDS-images into a TPL you have to convert the DDS-images to a standardformat and create a new TPL with libwiisharp for example.

libwiisharp he isn't used for it. You don't understand his problem. There are a few graphics inside of one tpl.
This is not native format of tpl. It is other tpl.
