I cant access the Ninsoft store. Is nintendo blocking people who use roms?

The Wi-Fi for this game will positively work on Sunday, but knowing Wi-Fi games being pirated it'll need a patch to work with Wi-Fi like Phantasy Star Zero does.

The store was working for me the first couple days the game got dumped but I guess they closed it.

Considering the game is officially out where I live in 25 minutes it should be going up soon.

EDIT: The game is officially out where I live and shop still isn't online. Hopefully it'll be up in a few hours.

How strange.. I used the japanese version to visit its shop, its working fine, but I imagine we aren't getting that content.

Edit: Shop is 29th, its confirmed that the "big name" games are coming on the 29th.

Yep, shop is open. Two games up and two 'featured' games by big names (creator of Kirby and creator of Metroid).
One where you slash the items that reach a certain line and one where you shoot two Metroids.

Theme contest is still closed though.

Yep. Shop is open and working. I agree with Killermech, but the download content is meh. This is using an Acekard 2.i with Akaio 1.6RC2 on a DSi. Great game though.

The appeal of the downloadable content, primarily, is to load them up in the editor and learn some of the mechanics they use.

For example, the Slice game taught me an easy method to implement randomizers.

But its so stupid because Nintendo, again, prevents people from just showing off and exchanging games... It makes the whole approach of DIY so utterly pointless. Let me randomly browse and rate other people's creation, for god's sake! That's what UCC games are about!

When I'm on the ninsoft store it keeps saying download failed when I download a game. Why is that happening? I'm using AKAIO 1.6 RC2.
