Hacking CWCHEAT VS TEMPAR! Which is best?

Is cwcheat better than temp ar? I'm only asking cause I was looking to install a cheat plugin on my vita for adrenaline, and most google results leads me to cwcheat. But I remember using temp ar a lot more before on a psp than cwcheat. I didn't like how the game was in the background during use, and a black outline around all the text. Tempar doesn't have that problem. But maybe there is something that one does the other doesn't? I'm not sure to be honest.

i never figured out how to use cwcheat, isn't it literally just like cheat engine?

CWCheat is older and was more popular so many MANY codes where made for it but TempAR can not only use them but can use all sorts of other code types as well as has very nice easy to use memory searching and editing utility.

TempAR has a lot of advantages over CWCheat. Especially if you're making codes. The search function is way faster.
Sadly, it can be difficult to find a version that will work on Vita, since I believe the NOTE button on PSP is what calls up the menu. Since the Vita doesn't have a note button, you'd have to find a version that was preconfigured to use another button combo.

Slight Issue - GTA LCS / VCS Cheats need to get looked at. TempAR Codes do not work, and after the Codes are Disabled, later on, the Game Crashes. As for CWCheat, um.......exactly how many Health/Armor Codes are there???????
Also, not sure what is wrong, but I can not get CWCheat to come up on my Vita-Adrenaline. Works fine on my PSP. So I am stuck using TempAR on the Vita-Adrenaline.
