Hacking CWCheat Final Fantasy IX CD 2

Hello please can anyone help me im using cw cheat for ff ix everything was perfectly when I was in disk 1 but since I started the second disk the cheat list disappeared I tried to add cheats in cheat database with the new name but nothing showed up did I have to change it in pops cheat too please Im despaired

open your cheat db for that game(or cheatpops.db)
in the notepad(or better yet,CWcheat Database Editor.exe)and change the game id of final fantasy ix disc 1 to the game id of final fantasy disc 2
you will have to do this for all discs the game has btw
the game ids are:
disc 1=SLUS-01251
disc 2=SLUS-01295
disc 3=SLUS-01296
disc 4=SLUS-01297
or you can give my cheatpops.db a try(backup your old one first)
it has all 4 ff ix discs included
alot of codes I added myself as well
