Hacking Custom themes?

Is there any way possible to customize my menu theme? Or, is anyone working on one?

I didn't mean necessarily the channels. The border would be cool too, even if it was just colors.

I haven't seen one like that. It would be awesome if someone made an app like this. But the Wii is not a PSP...or PS3 for that matter.

Or xbox :-/.... Or even a DS...You can change the DS menu :-/...


They did add the clock to the main menu before.

I dearly hope something like that will happen.

Although the Wii is not a PSP, PSP themes first came from homebrew. 3.40 OE. Sony then adopted it for 3.60 (Slim only, only had 2 themes, I don't think you could've installed more) and 3.70 (Fat and slim, themes installable)

I think it'll happen eventually. WiiGator is working on a way to hack the system menu so backups appear in the disc channel, I believe once we get to that step people will find other things to do with the system menu.

The moment BootMii is released, people will no longer have any worries as the Wii will be unbrickable.

Then from there we can see customizable System Menus.

I'm pretty sure bushing and his crew said that they haven't looked into messing with the Menu until they can make the Wii completely brick proof.
We also have Menu Loader, so you can mess around with that I guess.
I don't think the Wii Menu is HTML and Javascript based like the settings menu, but then again, what do I know?
