Awesome dude. With the folders did you swap the red and blue color values? The 3ds renders them backwards.

Nice! I've been meaning to do some classic themes myself. I just got a white New 3DS, so I'll get to work on some after my PAL Cubic Ninja gets here.

What's the dec_body file for ?

I believe that's just a temporary decrypted file that Yata is supposed to delete. In other words, it's nothing, really.
