Homebrew Custom Theme Thread

You need to be able to run home-brew. Ninjhax, CFW, and Gateway all work. For CFW, install the theme, and then copy over the file to your 9.4 emunand. Or run Ninjhax on sysnand 4.X and then boot up 9.4emunand with the same SD.

Okay, that means I can't do a thing (I don't have any money on me). And my 3DS is 9.4. Thanks for responding though!
