Homebrew Custom NES VC?

Is it possible nowadays? I googled it around for a bit and I got some download links for some Ancienne Version that apparently included a banner generator and the nes to cia generator. However all of the download links are down, so it seems like I can't do that. I'm not sure how that program is, but if there's nothing else other than hex editing I think, it'd be neat if someone reuploaded them in case they have it download.

It's possible, there's a tut on that iso site. I've had no luck making custom nes vc games since it's a pain to do. I've successfully made gbc and gba vc games though.

Did this a while back. You can definitly do it but you do have to convert the NES rom to a format the VC uses if I remember correctly. Other than that it's really not that hard, just replace the rom in the romfs.
