you will need healthii to create it and healthii or softmii tweaks to install it. go to wadder.net

1- print the pic .
2- open SD Card and Put Pic Inside it .
3- run SD Card and after a few minutes of running SD Card gets tired and Health Warning Screen Shows Up .

no, i dont need healthii!! i can do it all with softmii/preloader! idk how though...
