Hardware cubieboard5 and hdd-raid

would any of you guys know where i could buy a cubieboard5 and hdd-raid for the cubieboard5?
i can't find any shop selling the hdd raid, and the only shop for cubieboard5 seems to be aliexpress in my country.
it's for a mod retro console i planned to make.
hope this is legal to ask for, thanks in advance!
