What kind of specs do you have to not be able to run Terraria or Minecraft?

Well im running windows 7. With 1.5gb of ram. But its my videocard, each time i load minecraqft i get a bad video card driver error. My drivers are up to date. And terraria won't even open. i get "Terraria stopped working"

You sure you have the right drivers installed?
Minecraft video error usually happens because people are using the default Microsoft drivers.
