Hacking CTRTools

Hi, I downloaded CTRTools + Makerom from Project CTR and when I try to open them, a glimpse of it shows up and then disappears. (I'm on Windows 11) If anyone can help, it would be appreciated as I'm not that knowledgeable in this stuff.

They're command line tools, you have to run them from CMD and give them arguments in CMD like:

ctrtool.exe --verify "Some Game.cia"

(actual arguments will vary depending on what you want to do with it)

To use them in CMD, you'll need to make sure your CMD window is open to the correct folder, the easiest way to do so on Windows 10 (so I assume 11 too) is to open the folder in the file explorer, click on the path bar, and type cmd and press enter there, then you'll have a CMD window open to that folder ready to run the programs inside.
