ROM Hack CTR Nitro Fueled Save File

I wanted to use cheat codes from another thread to unlock all characters, skins etc.

But since I can't manage to make them work on atmosphere, I'm asking you guys for activating the cheats on their file and send me the save file.

The codes do work but they aren't permanent unlocked so need save from someone who beat the game.

Maybe with an hex editor we can unlock all things pernanently on our save ? but i know nothing about that...

when I take my save (i unlock nothing in it), I have two files
OCTANE_0.sav (150 Ko)
OCTANE_OPTIONS.sav (7 168 Ko)

what are they for ? Maybe one is for the time trials and adventure mode and the other for the thing unlocked ?
When i open the option one, I see some lines with "CollectibleTrackerSystemSaveData" and "Marketplace". I think it's for the skins and the pit stop.
And when I open the 0 one, I have the circuit's names, "trophy", "progresions" etc So I think I'm right but again I don't know much about these things...

In conclusion, I think that, to unlock everythings, we need to find a complete octane_option save file or mod it (but idk how to do that)

i think a lot of things are server sided, because when im offline i cant have some things i have unlocked..

Here's my 101% save. I backed up with Checkpoint, if that matters. It's not everything, but it's most things aside from Grand Prix unlockables and N. Tropy. Cheats are available for the former. Hope this helps.

Here's my 101% save. I backed up with Checkpoint, if that matters. It's not everything, but it's most things aside from Grand Prix unlockables and N. Tropy, but cheats are available for the former. Hope this helps.

I works but they are no pit stop item unlocked. I think it's simply locked if we doesn't connect online. we have no choise, we need to use the cheat.

That's correct. I forgot that the Pit Stop and Grand Prix were two separate things when I posted. It might be possible to permanently unlock them if someone can upload an edited save or produce a save editor. Hopefully, they do. The cheats change with every patch, so it's difficult to keep the items unlocked any other way.

What makes you so sure? Are you attempting to edit the saves? If it's server-side, how is it possible to edit memory values on Switches that have never been online to unlock them? Wouldn't that indicate that editing a save file could accomplish the same thing provided the save file contains that information? It contains all of the other unlockable items, so I don't think it's a stretch to assume the Grand Prix and Pit Stop items are saved there as well.

This is great, thanks! Does anyone have a save file with N Tropy and the Oxide skin unlocked? It's the only thing I can't get.
