Hacking CTM Won't Install

Edit: Sorry I was able to find and delete a CTManager file. It was installed after that.... sorry for the inconvenience

Custom Theme Manager (CTM) gives an error 0x80010016 when installed though vita shell, and a "error can not install" on OneMenu. I have installed it before but I replaced my SD in the Sd2Vita so I had to reinstall everything....
