ROM Hack CTGP 7 save data

so I recently downloaded CTGP 7 and when I launch it says creating save data then it says no Mario kart save data found to launch the game to create save data but I do what it says and it never works

can someone help meh? and I do have Mario kart 7 on game card and I have played it before

SAME!! I can't get past that stupid screen on n3DS

oh i just relized there is a new update for it so if you update it again the problem will be fixed
