ROM Hack ct2 trans question

Hi, i have actually begun a new trans Projekt but i can't find the trans files into the .nds what i opened. I unpacked first all files with lazy after that i opened the .bin file and converted this but no harm done... How does it correctly work ? Is there a tutorial for a translation on nds ?

Thanks but is that not different ? Ds rom is more complexly than nes

You need to learn the basic first, and the documents in http://www.romhacking.net/start/ are easy to understand. The documents suggest some programs which can be used for hacking.
