Use U8 tool to extract this .app and one NTSC .app, then just copy all the .ash files inside app_out/layout/common folder, and paste them into the NTSC_app_out/layout/common folder, it'll overwrite them all, then just use U8 tool to repack the NTSC_app_out folder, and then install in your Wii, don't forget to upload for the rest of the people who wants it, you can also use parsemii, but I don't know how to use it (I think is easier but I have no idea)...!!
