1. All other crystal shells I've examined pictures of, I can clearly see 'clips' protruding in order to keep the handheld and shell together. This one, (http://lightake.com/detail.do/sku.Exquisit...ent_White-26062), I see no clips, so is it able to hold on to the handheld? So when opening the shell, will they open together?

2. Are those rubber anti-slip pads on the bottom? Others, (http://lightake.com/detail.do/sku.New_Crys...e_for_DSL-28150 ;http://lightake.com/detail.do/sku.Hard_Cry..._for_NDSL-23323), are just smooth plastic on the bottom, am I right?

I have the one with a drawer for games underneath and it has clips. If you are careful and know what you are doing, the clips are not a bad thing and will hold it in place and can easily be taken out without hurting anything.

Okay thanks for the input, although that's not quite what I am asking about. However, I was concerned about hearing that the chips on some shells are sharp and tight enough that when opening, they can cause scratches, with a suggestion being made to smooth them using sandpaper. Scratching the handheld even a little is something I want to avoid.

Still not sure about this case, so if anyone knows it please share your experience.
