Homebrew Cryptofix question !?

Strange, it worked with my GW on 9.5 emuNAND.

You can fix your eShop/NNID, you just have to make a new emuNAND (on a separate SD card, or back up your existing emuNAND first) and link your NNID on it, then change back to the previous emuNAND and it should work.

sounds simple, but i am too lazy to do that, no biggie thank u mate.

I just have a quick question about cryptofixing; if I install a cryptofixed game on my 10.5 emuNAND, then go to the eshop, will this game be different from a "clean" .cia?

Once a game is cryptofixed it is no longer clean so visiting the eshop doesn't change it.

Well, actually, it seems like it does something... Before accessing the eshop, I couldn't open the game's manual (an error has occurred); after launching the eshop, I can launch it just fine.

visiting the games page on the eshop adds the seed for the game on your console, not sure about making the manual work, cryptofixing the game should do that

Out of curiosity, would it be possible to cryptofix the latest eShop (TIGER) so it runs on <=9.5 without 3DS logo hanging?

Why are you still on <=9.5? Every CFW as well as Gateway supports 9.6+ now.
If you rebuild it with firmware spoofing (I think you can use 3DS Simple CIA Converter to do that) it should work. No cryptofixing needed.

To be fair I have emuNAND 10.3, but I'm trying to use the latest TIGER app on sysNAND. I don't use Gateway either.

If you could link me to this app you're talking about I'd really appreciate it though. Searching works too. Found the program.

Rebuilding with firmware spoofing will break the signature though, so that it will only launch from CFW. Not a great solution for sysnand but hopefully it works. If not, then there are more firmware version checks that need to be patched out, as I was able to launch (I think it was) 10.3 tiger on my 9.5 GW emunand. I know gateway patches out some checks that CFW doesn't.

My first guess is that is impossible, it might be using a new FIRM that might not be possible to cryptofix. No idea. A better question, why are you under 9.5? You said you have 10.3 emunand, why are you trying to access eshop on sysnand?

I'm under 9.5 because otherwise I can't use CFW and emuNAND. I prefer to have my NNID on sysNAND as well as all my purchased apps and games on there. I'm using emuNAND more for homebrew things.

Also using just the TIGER and NVER is possible albeit you need to have gateway to spoof it (Which is something I don't have.)
