is there an app that exist to create subdirectories for wbfs files? Ive tried to use wii game manager, but it wants to copy the entire game file as well.

What are you asking for exactly? As far as I know, WiiBackupManager copies the games to:

USB/wbfs/gamefolder/game.wbfs

I'm pretty sure that is a subfolder, unless you're asking for something like:

USB/wbfs/gameseries/gamefolder/game.wbfs

In that case, as far as I know that doesn't work.

depending on what end you are trying to achieve, you might want to note that USB Loader GX has a Favorites feature. you can view only the games on your fav list instead of all of them.

I mean just create the subdirectories and move the appropriate files into those directories... if the game files already exist on the same partition.

I dont know how else to explain it.

If you have 100 games it should only take a few seconds.

Every app I have tried, actually physically writes the same file again on the same partition it is already on... instead of just changing the path to where the file already is on the platter.
