Homebrew Create CGFX from OBJ model and textures.

I'm trying to create a CGFX for a Nintendo 3DS app banner, I can import the OBJ and Textures into EveryFileExplorer, export as BCRES, but when I import as either BCRES or after renaming to CGFX, it seems it isn't a valid BCRES/CGFX file. How can I fix this?
