Create a save on Sysnand without the game

Hi, I saw some guy talking about moving a pokemon save from emunand to sysnand without having the game to access in PkHOME and traansfer the pokemons.
He is using something like
NXNANDManager
EMUTool
Hacdiskmount

But i didnt get how to do that, anyone can help me with that? i want to make a living dex on switch without spending $500 in pokemon games
