Known issue I believe. You're trying to do this on 11.0.0 without custom firmware, right? Nintendo's evidently done something at the firmware level to protect OOT3D in some way. For now, HBL targeted launcher won't work with OOT3D on 11.0.0 or greater without CFW. The region free launcher still works, though, so it may well be something that can be circumvented at some point with an update to the HBL.

EDIT: That was already said, whoops. That's what I get for only reading the first and last pages.

Does that mean cubic ninja also cannot be accessed with save manager? It was also effected to prevent homebrew on 11.0.0-33

Cubic Ninja had a certain permission revoked, which makes installing without a save manager problematic, but I can't say for sure whether it's had the same restriction as OOT3D applied, as I don't have a copy to test with myself. Fortunately, it's an issue that can be fixed with an update to the HBL that, if I'm not mistaken, is pretty analogous to the update to the ropbins to make the HBL launch on 11.0.0 in the first place.

Well, I only know what I've read that's been written by the people who work on this stuff. You can learn a lot of fragments of information like this if you've been reading everything that the people releasing new hax entrypoints have posted on twitter in the past month hoping for an entrypoint an overseas friend can use!

Nintendo put some Security (ALSR, they change the game ID or something similar) since it does that, it can't get the stuff needed to make *hax run correctly ;-;

You could always try to get SmileBASIC since apparently it will be primary exploit for the game(don't take my word for it, but it's better to just watch the scene to see if it releases or not :3)
