Hacking Couple games not working

So I'm pretty new to this backup game playing thing and I have a few questions.

So my brother had burned a couple games, and to name them:

Animal Crossing : City Folks
Mario Party 8
Wii Music

Anyhow, it seems as though Animal Crossing works fine without any problems, but, Mario Party 8 and Wii Music start up flashing and in black and white.

Another thing was, Animal Crossing was burned on a different kind of dvd if that matters.

Could anyone help? :]

Force NTSC?

I tried using Force NTSC and all that happens is a big green screen comes out. =/

Download your own region copy of the game ? Like, if you have PAL Wii, then download those games as PAL and try again. Or maybe RegionFrii would help ?

How do you know if you have a PAL Wii?

when you bought yours in a PAL region ?

Florida for example is PAL, California is NTSC

Ahh, well that explains why Mario Party 8 wasn't working, but not sure why Wii Music won't work. =/

Animal Crossing and Wii Music are both NTSC yet Wii Music will cease to work.

if you had read previous thread similar to yours (like "why XXX backup don't work", I'm ssure there are already 3 like this on the first page), you would know that soft loading backup is not "perfect science", it depends on many factors like dvd brand, burner quality, iso quality... no matter the original loader's compatibility

that's why asking such questions on the forum is generally a no-go ... there are tons of reasons why a backup won't boot and generally most of those reasons have already been detailled somewhere else
