Hacking Could not acquire data

So no one actually answerd me at the Nintendo network forums so I'm going to ask here.
Basically what happened is that I want to redownload a theme of Mario kart 8 that I got from a badge arcade offer but when I try to enter the info page it says "Could not acquire data". Is there anyway to fix that?
I'm using N3DSXL 10.4 reiNAND emunand.

Try updating the system again. Sometimes you don't get a full update if you did the downgrade method. Just update your emunand again and it may work after that

It didn't work on 10.3 as well so...
