Hacking corrupted/weird text CIA folder

all the files in my CIAs folder has turned into this mess after installing a CIA file. What happened??? I cant open the folders, either
edit: not installing, just adding the CIA has done this

I think you shared the wrong screen..?

Anyway, your SD card has probably become corrupted. These things happen.

First step is to copy off as much as you can using Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier. After that you can try using Windows to check the card for errors, but you'll probably have to end up formatting the card and copying everything back to it. (If you do that, be sure to use h2testw on the empty card first.)

At least it's just the .CIA folder. Nothing critical there, right?

This can commonly occur if you happen to own a fake SD card.
