Hacking Corrupted NAND, no backup

Hi, I had a Nintendo switch repaired, it had a short on the P13USB chip. The tech said he’s able to get it to boot into RCM (APX). The switch was never hacked or modded so he thinks it’s damaged CPU or EMMC. Is there anything I can do or is it Tost?

If you never made any NAND backup then you are toast.

You can try following this guide to restore the eMMC, but it's probably not going to work. I am assuming the Switch is RCM exploitable.

No, NAND are console specific, restoring a NAND from another unit typical result in bricking.

Best you can do is getting a console with a broken screen or similiar and taking it its motherboard to implant into yours. Otherwise get a new console.

Or you could also beg nintendo to help you, but they will probably charge you close to the cost of a new console.
