How is it connected to your PC? If you've put it in an SD card adaptor, make sure the little switch is off. If it's on, it makes the card read-only.

Its connected with the USB adapter that I got with my R4.

EDIT: My MicroSD is a Sandisk 2gb but for some reason the Panasonic reads it as its 38Mb.

No, its dead mate, I have the same problem with my corrupt adata 4GB, Panasonic formatter reads it as 6GB.

Last thing to try - put it in a dumb device - i.e. a phone or camera and see if that will format it - if it does reformat it with panasonics sd format tool - if it doesn't - bin it

Put it in a phone and it reads it when I go to memory and perss Card memory it says Please Insert Card. On my camera it says Card Error.

Read through all your above posts, my experience tells me that its DEAD, just get another.
