I'm playing with atmosphere and from one day to another, Pokemon Sword and Fire Emblem Three Houses stopped working. They won't launch even after the corrupt data check.
I tried reinstalling the NSPs, even from different sources or through different programs, but it didn't work.
Every other game and software runs just fine, as if nothing happened.

What can I do?

The exfat driver Nintendo uses is trash. Pokemon Sword and Shield even get corrupted on stock systems using exfat.. backup your sd card to your pc and format the sd card to fat32 and then copy everything back over.

If you are using tinfoil try reinstalling them but tick yes for standard crypto at the top, try that. I had a similar issue with resi evil 5 & 6 and this worked, it took me a while to figure out because the last time I installed them both before deleting them I had standard crypto as yes I tried to reinstall every dump out there nothing would work except yes as crypto.

Join the EXfat party.
One wrong move, like turning off your Switch forcefully, and everything is broken.
Switch to FAT32 and you won't have these problems anymore.

Broken games can be deleted and reinstalled.
The savefiles are in another location so they are safe.
