All my games are running fine on the latest Atmosphere and latest update for the Switch. Except Persona 5, it keeps saying to check for corrupted data when I choose that game.
The others don't seem to have a problem.
I'm using the latest Fusee payload too from 3 days ago. Any idea what the problem is? Everything else works just fine.
I'm also formatted to Fat32.

It might be a corrupted save file? Are you formatted as exfat or fat32?

Can test to see if this is the issue:
backup your game save using JKSV
delete the original game save via Settings -> Data Management
start the game and see if that fixes things
If that works, attempt to restore your game save.
If it doesn’t work, try deleting and reinstalling the game and then restore your game save.

I'm using fat32. I ended up deleting my Game from Data Management. I do have a backup save of Persona 5 using JKSV as you've suggested.
I'm thinking the re-install will work. The Data Management showed the game as 0.00MB. Although it was just playable earlier before the update.
I'll let you know in around 30 minutes if the games up and going. FTP Phone to Switch NSP install through Awoo is a bit slower.

Everything is now working fine. I'm not sure what caused that particular game to become corrupted.

I deleted the game and reinstalled. It's working fine now!
