Gaming Corpse Party Question

I see you guys are full of contradictions here, things CAN be better, therefore are worse of what it could be.
Acceptable, still enjoyable (I'm not denying it ) , but could be better !
That's my point and I stand by it.

It seems like I'm fighting with blinded fanboys, unwillingly started a war because I accidental made a poor choice of word ( relic ).
I gotta get out of here.

Go back to play my PSP.
Take care.
While you view us as PSP fanboys, we CAN view you as a DS or a touchscreen fanboy. Simply because you are looking for something that ISN'T on the PSP.
By your argument, we could put it like old games are worse simply because they didn't have a touchscreen. look at the pokemon series with and without touchscreen.

Now to BoS, It would really benefit from the touchscreen, but without the touchscreen doesn't make it worse, because the system it was released to didn't have touchscreen to begin with. It's the starting point so unless it degrades from it's starting point then it's not worse.

By your argument RE Revelations on the 3DS being updated to home consoles implies that the original 3DS version was inferior simply because it could be enhanced. Just adding things to a release doesn't necessarily make the game better. And in this case not all people like a touch interface (which is your implication and is not necessarily true).

I'm not a fanboy, i just resent people tossing out arguments which have no weight. You don't like Corpse Party....we get it. Don't blame the console it's on.

I want to state that I agreed that Book of Shadows would've been nice with touch screen controls because I felt like it took too long time for the cursor to move from one side of the screen to the other during Search mode. If one could pan the screen with the arrow keys/analog stick and then use the touchscreen to select things, it could've saved a few seconds. :P

Oh BTW, a tip for those of you who are still playing: If you hold down the R-button while moving through the map, it'll speed up the fading animations so you'll move slightly quicker! Just make sure you let go of the button when the map slides out to the right, otherwise you'll skip through any text that shows up afterwards.

So Book of Shadows is actually good?
A lot of people I know who played it didn't like it because it's slower than the original and somewhat boring.

They are correct. It is slower and more boring than the first one. You will probably only like it if at least one of the following applies to you:
- You liked the first Corpse Party and actually care about knowing more about the characters in that game
- You are patient enough to play through the slower parts until you get to the Heavenly Host (horror) parts
- You like Visual Novels / reading lots of text in games
