Hacking Converting wii channel

Hey if i copy a channel from the wii (ie super mario world) i get the private folder with all that stuff in there. Is there anyway of making that into a wad file to install on a wii as a channel?

Yes but if they arent actually on the wii, but on the sd card, what then
