ROM Hack converting WAV files to SWAV

So my goal for a while has been to swap the built in guitar samples of M-06 and Jam sessions with my own sound samples (because the ones in the original are frankly awful). So far I have managed to unpack the files and even convert SWAV to WAV (using VGSC 2.0), but my goal is only to convert my own WAV to SWAV and I can't seem to figure out a way to do that, as VGSC seems to only go one way.

Try using wav2swav,
It is old but funtional
