Hacking Converting Saves

Since I set up my DSTT. I need to convert some of my SAVES to DSTT format. Right now on my AK2, the SAVE file is .nds.sav 512KB. I want to be able to just change the saves without converting. I tried just using my current .nds.sav on my DSTT but it didn't work. So I looked in the files of DSTT and it was .sav. Can someone link me a website that converts my AK2 saves to DSTT format (preferably online since I'll probably only use it once)?

Also, is the .sav or .nds.sav more compatible? If the .sav is more compatible, can I just replace the .nds.sav 512KB with the .sav 512KB and set the options in AK2 from .nds.sav to .sav.

I tried another converted but it seemed kinda confusing. Not sure which one I needed.

Step 1: Remove the .nds from the filename.

That's it.

To convert back just do step 1 in reverse.

I didn't want to risk corruption. Also, I didn't want to get confused with my SAVES.

But is the .sav or the .nds.sav more compatible? Or does it really matterr?

They are not different formats, the flashcart just looks for one filename or the other. The .sav extension is much more common than .nds.sav, but they are both just raw save data padded to 512KB.

I'm going to convert all my SAVES to .sav ... eventually .. when I'm not feeling lazy.

I think the latest version of AIO has a function to rename all your save files at once, if I'm not mistaken.
