Converting JKSV to cloud save

On Disney Dreamlight Valley you can crossplay given you sync with cloud saving. My switch is banned so can't cloud save, was wondering if there was a way I could potentially use JKSV to get the save file and then upload to cloud either on PC or xbox or whatever in order to keep my save but play on a different console/system. Is this possible with JKSV, or any other save editor?

Firstly I want to transfer a save file from OFW to CFW , and I will do that through JKSV, I'll follow some tutorial online, I saw that it's not that complicated...But, I want to know if after I have it on the CFW can I convert the save file into a PC version of the game save file? Can you please be more specific on how would I do that.
