    Hi guys,

Few days ago, I accidentally updated my gateway firmware (emunand) to 11.4, now I can't access the gateway firmware completely.
So I did few findings and found out that gateway still can't support the latest version.
I saw Boot9strap and it is pretty straightforward, I am tempted. I am still on Sysnand 4.4 with gateway, HK region old 3ds.
If I wanted to use boot9strap mod, is there a way that I can convert all my gateway games on the red card, installed cia files and sav to use on this mod?

yes, I think there's an easier way to do it than this, but u can use simple cia converter (think that's the name) to convert .3ds to .cia. that's what I did actually. and, u can convert saves with jksm. neither is very difficult to do, but it will be time-consuming.

    1. Don't lose your SD card - it still has your emuNAND on it.
    2. Follow BUT don't update to 11.4 - follow to update to 9.2 instead.
    3. Make a backup of your emuNAND. I would use Hourglass9 because I know how to do it but presumably you can use GodMode9 too.
    4. Perform a 9.2 CTR transfer on your emuNAND.
    5. Follow to get Gateway working
    6. Follow to extract your saves with JKSM
    7. Follow this but use the backup you made in step 3 to restore to sysNAND
    8. update your system
    9. Install the games you want - freeShop, or downloading the cia files, or converting the 3ds files you have to cia
    10. Import the saves with JKSM

with simple cia converter, u'll create xorpads in decrypt9 which will in turn be used to create the cia files. it can mass convert, but of course, it takes a while to install all that on the system. it doesn't take too long to convert ur games though. with jksm, u'll have to extract ur saves one game at a time since u have to mount the game first. this didn't take too long for me since I only had a few saves. good luck. :) the xorpad method may be outdated btw, but that's how I did it.
