Hacking Converting .CIA files to .3ds files

It won't work, find the original rom if you can.

You can't convert CIAs to 3DS as those result in modified non signed content. Sky3DS can't get around signature checks so things of this nature will not work on it. So eShop games and rom hacks will not work on it.
