Want to convert my downloaded .cia files to .3ds files to work on my sky3ds card.

or any suggestions for a place to download .3ds files for my sky3ds card.

You can't convert CIAs to 3DS as those result in modified non signed content. Sky3DS can't get around signature checks so things of this nature will not work on it. So eShop games and rom hacks will not work on it.
