Hacking Convert Galaxy 2 Savegame to PAL

I started playing this game on the USA version and had problems with it crashing at the end of bowser battles. I'm on the PAL version now, but I want to convert my save game over. I have extracted both the SG files to SD/savegames using the save game downloader. I have three files in each of the SG folders

banner.bin
GameData.bin
index.sgmgx

I thought I had to amend the files in the USA save file to show the code for the PAL game (e.g. amend 'SB4E' (the NTSC game), with SB4E" but I cannot find the pattern SB4 if any of the files using a hex editor.

Any ideas?

mario galaxy 2 save is very easy to convert really all you have to do is change the last 2 letters of the extracted saves file folder from 45 to 50 then reinstal with savegame manager you extracted it with or just copy and paste the files from one folder to the other most wii game saves are very easy to covnert using this method
