Hacking Convert a PSX Game from PSN to ISO/BIN?

Hello can anyone tell me how to convert a PSX NPUJ game from psn to iso or bin so I can use a patch and then turn it back in to a eboot hope this is ok to ask? I'm having no luck in finding the game Id on the thing I am using

My knowledge is a bit outdated, but you'll have to decrypt it first. I'm not entirely sure how if that's allowed to be discussed on these forums, but Google is your friend. There's some software that does that rather well. Then Popstation will allow you to convert it to an ISO.
