Hacking Convert .3ds to .cia

Hello !

I've an a9lh installed on my console and i want to convert my dump .3ds in .cia but i don't know how to do. I used before rxtools but now, I don't know what CFW take. Someone can help me ?

You can use Decrypt9 to dump the xorpads from the ncchinfo.bin.
