Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Now this is more like the snes version, and unlike the ds version this is fun and feels like it should highly recommended. The only thing this game need is coop play, and then it would be perfect.
