I found a generator of master keys for Switch parental controls, which would be handy in case I lose my parental PIN (again, had to ask nintendo for master key once). But it says that FW 8.0 and up requires a device ID to generate. How do I get a device ID to use it? For reference, I am on FW 10.2.0, and on Mariko revision switch (so, iPatched).

You can view it via PRODINFO [(PRODINFO) > ptd > DeviceIdWithEmsBit.dat > A >View text, via Goldleaf for example]. You need a CFW to make reach of it, though. No other options.
My Switch is ipatched. Any way to get it on an Ipatched switch?

Well, as if Nintendo wasn't owned by a monopoly with TERRIBLE customer support here. After seeing their "technical support" via email, I do not wanna call them.
What are you talking about? Nintendo is owned by Nintendo. You have to call them up for this. They won't do it over email. Just call them if you need your parental controls removed and you don't remember the pin. It's literally one of their jobs.

E-mail is a horrible way to provide on demand customer service. Besides, it might not even be the same people because they always have to have people available to answer phones which they can't do if they're constantly writing e-mails.

We do not have Nintendo here. The only "official seller" here is the monopoly. Just go to mojenintendo.cz and scroll to the bottom, you'll see that the emails all end with "conquest.cz" instead of "nintendo.com".

EDIT: That apparently used to be in the past. Now the site is even more terrible, when you go to "support" you'll only see links for documents that ALL 404.

EDIT2: I found the page again. The only thing listed behind "Technical support and repairs" is the following info:
Email: [email protected]
Tel: 284 000 124

Red flag 1: It's an email that goes to one person. The first part of the email is literally the person's name.
Red Flag 2: The second part of the email is not "nintendo.com"
Red Flag 3: The telephone number is not 1-800 - paid number

Yet, this is still listed on support.nintendo.com as my country's support.

So when you go to https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Support/...rs-Contact-Details-for-Consumers-1557273.html , before the list, it says
For all queries related to Nintendo Account and My Nintendo, please contact [email protected] (operated by Nintendo Co., Ltd.).

Maybe try that? Then retry [email protected]?
