lol, i suck with configurations
can you tell me where can i change them?

depends on what o/s your using.

you best friend is google....

the basic thing is you type the IP if the router into an internet browser and get the soft menu where you can change settings. i can't comment on specifics i probably don't own the router you own.

It's basically the same across all routers.

The address should be something like 192.168.1.1 or something similar.

You should be able to change the settings under the "Wireless" (or similar) tab.

BUMP HAR HAR
i got the #52001 error and i dealt with it using what's written in nintendowifi.com, here exactly
BUT.. now i get a #50001 error ..wtf?
i turned off my firewall just in case it's preventing my DS from connecting but no, it didn't work
halp again

what operating system do you use
what is your router (name and model number)

search those and find out how to properly install the router so it works.

then set it using the recommended settings from nintendowifi.com
those are:
802.11b
channel 1, 6 or 11
WEP 64/128
ssid set to public broadcast

then set up the wifi in the nds.

if you can't do it call the 1-800 number on the back of your nds and ask for free help.
