Hacking Confused about downgrading!

Hello, I have installed the Twilight Hack and the Homebrew Channel from

http://www.wiivamp.com

My wii version is 3.3u. All I know is that when I installed the homebrew channel I used the IOS36-64-v1042.wad file inside the package I got from that website. I also installed the nstc backup loaded and the reagonfii backup loader. (Not sure if I was supposed to install both).

Mario kart is working perfectly right now but I want to downgrade my wii to 3.2 for starfall. Where would I get the files and the instruction to do it?

I looked at http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=118446 but there is no link for the files. I am also not sure what the IOS36-64-v1042.wad file did.
