Whenever CFG USB LOADER rips a dual layer game onto my FAT32 HDD, it splits the layers in two different 4GB files, my question is, how do I split a ISO myself on my computer?
You can use wbfs_file.exe tool. Or wimm's wit & wwt tools. Or as posted above, use the Wii Backup Manager.

v70r50
=========
-used older libogc r4902
-added mighty plugin
-added LULZ HBC support
-fixed devolution launch (r168)
-added more cheat paths for gc games

To launch channels from emu nand, just place the mighty.dol from the googlecode page in the "usb-loader/plugins/" folder or use the new option "Download Plugins" in the update menu.
You must configure your emu nand path just like for savegames.

good ^^ for use Mighty.dol need emu nand?

So both emunand path for mighty dol and saves are the same or we can use separate nand for each? also is there a mighty.dol without verbose output?

I can't load WW always stuck here:

Please update the mighty plugin and try if it works now.
For now both path, for mighty plugin and saves are the same.
I think I will change that in the next version.
When the plugin works without problems I will remove the verbose output (or make an option).

You don't.
You should use a program like Wii Backup Manager that will split the iso automatically when performing the transfer to the USB drive ( if set to Fat32 or NTFS ) by creating a folder and creating 2 wbfs files if the ISO is larger then 4GB.

Thanks fellows.

There are games that wont play with cfg70MOD49 and cfg70MOD50, e.g. The house of the dead overkill.
Ive tried d2x v7 [56], d2x v8 [57], hermes v4 [37+38], hermesR v5.1 but still no luck

Although the game is working fine in cfg70MOD34

I recommend Mighty Channels v11 not v11.1

Not EXTREMELY important but isn't the --game= and the --gameIdLower= argument always basically the same thing, just one in hex and the other in ASCII? What happens if they're different? does it crash? If so, couldn't they just be made the same internally?

Mhh... strange.
It works without problems for me.
Tested with World of Goo PAL German.

I will have a look on the problem this weekend.

@Maxternal:
Yes, I noticed that too. It's implemented quick and drity ;)
I will change that in future.

I've tested mighty plugin on a few WiiWare/VC titles (both PAL and NTSC on PAL console) - every time I get the "command line" and nothing else. Disk is blinking from time to time, but - unfortunatelly - nothing really happens. I tried to set the NAND emulation for the titles, but it doesn't change anything.

Of course the same nand folder works fine with Mighty Channels.
